Looking down...a fresh perspective

I was recently inspired by this post I found on Becky Higgins' blog.  It is a challenge to try snapping photos from a different perspective than you are used to.  To try to take photos from a bird's eye view...of your everyday life.  So, on one of our super cooped up winter/sick days, I did just that.  I waked around with my point-and-shoot and just snapped away, looking down, at our everyday life.  Here is what I saw...
Ryleigh and her baby having lunch

Cars and a snow plow...doesn't everyone have this?

Michael, the pianist.

The stuff that makes the early days possible.

Michael's rocket rug in his big boy room!

Ryleigh reading.  :)

The counter of meds.  One, if not both of them have been sick since November!

My attempt at a photo of the two of them playing on Michael's bed.

Ryleigh :)

Michael listening to his book on CD.  He loves those things!

I found the books on CD through my book of the month club...but Amazon sells them too.  The best part is that they use the real voices from the movies.  :)  Cars, Toy Story, Cinderella...  Here is a link.

And looking down after the kiddos go to bed...I see Project Life.  I am enjoying it sooo much!  The kits are available again on Amazon!!!

These journaling cards are the coolest!  They fold out for longer entries.  I wrote all of the words Ry can say on this one!

Love the different perspective and the pics and I am so impressed that you are keeping up with this project - can't wait to see it in person :)

Love the pic of Michael lying sideways looking at the truck - my boys both do that too and it's so interesting to me. They get down on the floor and just watch the way the wheels turn and the truck moves across the floor....or bed....or wall...or each other!
