This morning, Mick and I took Michael to one of our FAVORITE places for lunch. We loaded up the car and drove to beautiful Canton square and ate a wonderful lunch at Claddagh Pub. Mick and I ate there almost weekly in the "old days." ;) While we were there, I fed Michael his first batch of spaghetti...organic baby spaghetti. We had such a nice time! Aside from the fact that Michael...umm...puked up the spaghetti once we got home. Oops!
Before we left...how sweet?!
The lighting was terrible! But check out the bib! SPAGHETTI!
My favorite boys outside of one of my favorite places!
I love these shots of Michael. In two of the pics, he is playing with one of his favorite toys...an electronic book from Aunt Suzanne! In the other one, he is UNDER his Jumperoo. He absolutely loves it under there!
So, I have been feeling guilty about how many Puffs Michael eats in a day. I have always tried to be very careful about what I feed him, even when he was in the womb. Today, I went to an organic market to find a more healthy alternative to Puffs. Well, no luck there. BUT, I found this awesome frozen organic baby food(so it is fresher than shelved baby food). Michael tried it tonight...and LOOOOOVED it! I had to prepare 2 helpings! It was a green bean and mango mix. I took a picture of it because it looks so unappetizing. I also took a picture of him in his space onsie today. This is probably the last time he can wear it. Although I adore it, it is just too tight. I love his Buddha belly!
Michael has not wanted to go in his beloved Jumperoo in WEEKS. It used to be his number one toy. I thought he had outgrown it...but tonight, right before bed, he went in and had a ball! As a matter of fact, it tired him out and afterward, he was ready for bed. Here is a quick peek at how sleepy he was at the end. Oh, and his cute little feet. :)
Today, Michael and I went to Grandmother's house with the Wielands...as we do every Wednesday. Well...I forgot my camera (UGH). So, I thought I would post an oldie but goodie! This photo was taken on November 18th...my little baby was only 2 days old. How sweet?!
\Michael, Brooks, Karen, Christie, and I went to the pool today! We hung out in the baby pool, which is only 1 foot deep. Brooks was a pro! Michael was a little unsure at first, but then warmed up some. We had to hold him the whole time (obviously) but he really seemed to enjoy himself! I can't wait until he can do it by himself!
I finally did it. I went out with my girlfriends and spent the night away from home for the first time since Michael was born. Don't get me wrong, I have spent the night away form Michael before (weddings/birthday). But, I have never left Michael home alone with Mick! Not that I am worried about them...Mick is FABULOUS! I just felt sooooooo guilty going without Mick! But, as usual, Michael did great. He even slept in for Daddy! I had a wonderful time with my friends. Looking forward to the next one!
Michael and I ventured down to Crofton today to visit with Grandmother, Granddad, Aunt Suzanne, and our FAVORITE cousins, Lily and Jackson! Other than the fact that Michael was so cranky due to exhaustion (he awoke at 5:10 am this morning), we had a lovely day! Lily was so sweet, she justs wants to help Michael...especially with feeding! And Jackson...oh my goodness! What a sweet baby! And those eyes...
Make sure you check out the mouths on Lily and Michael!
